We support the coordination of your flights, accommodation and transfer arrangements according to your treatment schedule.
Upon arrival, your planned transfer service will meet you at the airport and coordinate your transportation to your accommodation or healthcare provider.
The information you provide is shared with the relevant healthcare provider and the necessary preliminary assessment is coordinated. We support communication with the provider to clarify appointments, treatment planning and any additional information required.
Throughout your appointment and treatment programme, coordination with the healthcare provider is supported and assistance is provided whenever needed.
Once your treatment and necessary follow-up checks are completed, your return journey is planned according to the recommendations of your healthcare team. If your health condition and schedule allow, a city tour or other travel experiences can also be organised upon request. Your planned VIP transfer will take you to the airport.
