About MedicaTour

What is MedicaTour?

MedicaTour is a HealthTürkiye-registered international patient coordination service. We help patients from the UK and Europe access information about authorised healthcare providers in Türkiye and coordinate the non-clinical steps of their journey.

Does MedicaTour provide medical treatment?

No. MedicaTour does not diagnose or treat. Clinical assessment, treatment plans and procedures are the responsibility of the authorised healthcare provider.

Which treatments can MedicaTour coordinate?

We coordinate enquiries for hair transplant, dental treatment, health check-ups, plastic and aesthetic surgery, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, adult health and specialist care, and bariatric surgery. See all Coordinated Healthcare Services.

How It Works

How does the process work?

You share your enquiry, we share provider information, the healthcare provider reviews your details and issues a quotation, and we coordinate appointments, accommodation and transfers once you decide to proceed.

How do I get a quotation?

Send us your details on WhatsApp. The healthcare provider reviews your information and issues the quotation; we share it with you before you make any decision.

Which languages do you support?

Our coordination team supports patients in English, German, French and Turkish.

Travel and Stay

Do you arrange accommodation and transfers?

Yes. We coordinate accommodation and airport transfers through authorised third-party providers. See Accommodation & Transfers.

Are flights included?

No. Flights are not included, but we can share practical information to help you plan them.

Can a companion travel with me?

Yes. Accommodation and transfers for a travelling companion can be coordinated together with yours.

Safety and Your Data

How are healthcare providers selected?

We work with authorised healthcare providers in Türkiye, including TÜSKA-accredited partner hospitals. You receive provider information before you decide.

What happens if there is a complication after treatment?

Medical care remains the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. MedicaTour coordinates communication with the provider, and complication insurance options can be arranged before you travel.

How is my personal data protected?

We process personal data only as explained in our Privacy Policy and share health information with healthcare providers only when needed to coordinate your enquiry.
