At MedicaTour, our mission is to support international patients in accessing healthcare services in Turkey through a process that is safe, transparent, organised and patient-focused.

We connect patients with suitable authorised and TÜSKA-accredited partner healthcare providers while supporting the non-clinical stages of the patient journey, including communication with healthcare providers, appointment coordination, travel planning, accommodation and transfers.

Ethical principles, accurate information, confidentiality, patient rights and transparent communication are among the core principles that guide our work.

MedicaTour does not directly provide diagnosis or treatment. All medical assessments, treatment decisions and clinical procedures are carried out by the relevant qualified healthcare professionals and independent healthcare providers.

Our vision is to become a recognised brand in international medical tourism for reliable patient coordination, transparency and high service standards.

We aim to develop a sustainable service model in which international patients seeking healthcare in Turkey can access authorised healthcare providers more safely and make informed decisions, while their medical travel journey is coordinated clearly and according to their individual needs.

• We consider patient safety and patient rights fundamental elements of the journey.

• We aim to maintain structured and traceable communication throughout non-clinical patient coordination.
• We take patient feedback regarding partner healthcare providers and service processes into account in our quality improvement activities.

Quality Across Partner Healthcare Providers

MedicaTour's partner healthcare providers are TÜSKA-accredited healthcare institutions that meet the applicable authorisation and quality requirements for international health tourism.

Selected partner providers may also hold additional international quality accreditations such as JCI or Temos.

Healthcare provider selection is based on the requested healthcare service, the patient's individual needs and the relevant institution's areas of expertise.

Patient Safety and Transparency

We support patients in obtaining sufficient information from the relevant healthcare provider regarding the scope of treatment, potential risks, alternatives, estimated duration, follow-up requirements and costs before making a decision.

A definitive treatment plan, medical suitability and final cost can only be determined following an individual clinical assessment by the relevant healthcare professional.

MedicaTour does not guarantee any specific clinical outcome and does not interfere with medical decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our service processes based on patient experience, partner feedback and operational performance data.

Our objective is not only to support a patient's journey to Turkey, but also to contribute to a process that is clearer, more organised and more reliable from the first point of contact through post-treatment coordination.
