MedicaTour is a HealthTürkiye-registered international medical tourism intermediary helping patients access healthcare services in Türkiye through a clearer, more transparent and coordinated journey.
We support international patients throughout different stages of their medical travel experience, from exploring treatment options and communicating with healthcare providers to organising travel, accommodation and transfers.
Our role is to make the patient journey easier to understand and manage by providing clear information, coordination and ongoing support before, during and after travel.
MedicaTour does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment directly. All medical assessments, treatment plans and clinical decisions are made exclusively by the relevant licensed healthcare providers and medical professionals.
Our aim is to make medical travel to Türkiye more transparent, organised and patient-focused.

Gülce Ilgaz Yıldırım
Founder & Managing Director
Gülce founded MedicaTour on a simple belief: crossing borders for healthcare should feel clear, calm and well-coordinated at every step.
Before MedicaTour, she spent around seven years in brand marketing, e-commerce and large-scale activation. As Associate Brand Communications & Activation Manager at adidas Türkiye, she led the football category and delivered high-profile projects end to end, including the David Beckham × Predator Istanbul launch. Earlier roles at Hepsiburada and Teknasyon shaped her data-driven, customer-first way of working.
Today she brings the same discipline to international patient coordination: clear information, reliable communication and attention to every detail of the journey, from the first enquiry to the flight home.
Shaped by a French education at Lycée Français Notre Dame de Sion, she went on to Sabancı University and earned her master’s degree at Galatasaray University. Today she moves seamlessly between Turkish, English and French, the same way MedicaTour connects patients and providers across borders.
