Step 2 — Receive Provider Information

MedicaTour can provide available information about relevant healthcare providers and coordinate initial communication.

Clinical suitability is not determined by MedicaTour.

Step 3 — Healthcare Provider Assessment

Where an assessment is required, MedicaTour coordinates communication with the relevant healthcare provider.

The healthcare provider determines clinical suitability, medical recommendations and any proposed treatment plan.

Step 4 — Review Provider Information and Appointments

Once information is provided by the healthcare provider, MedicaTour can help coordinate communication regarding: appointments, provider information, treatment information supplied by the provider, quotations supplied by the provider.

Any medical questions or decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare provider.

Step 5 — Accommodation and Transfer Coordination

Where applicable, MedicaTour can assist with the coordination of agreed:

• accommodation
• airport transfers
• local transfers

Travel-related services are provided through appropriately authorised third-party service providers.

MedicaTour does not provide medical treatment or determine whether a patient is fit to travel.

Step 6 — Arrival and Healthcare Provider Appointment

Following arrival in Türkiye, agreed transfer arrangements may be coordinated to the accommodation or healthcare provider.

Medical consultations, examinations and treatment are carried out by the relevant authorised healthcare provider.

Step 7 — Treatment and Provider Follow-Up

If treatment proceeds, all medical procedures, clinical decisions and follow-up recommendations are managed by the healthcare provider.

MedicaTour may continue to support non-clinical communication and coordination during the international patient journey

Step 8 — Follow-Up and Return

The healthcare provider determines any medical follow-up requirements and provides relevant guidance concerning recovery and return travel.

Where applicable, MedicaTour can coordinate agreed transfer arrangements.

Step 9 — Communication After Your Return

After returning home, MedicaTour can assist with non-clinical communication between you and the relevant healthcare provider where required.

Any medical advice, follow-up decisions or treatment recommendations must come from the healthcare provider.
